Grade Book

Login with your whitesborocca.org account
Go to Google Sheets
At the top right , click Template Gallery.
Click the "Grade Book" template.
A copy of the template will open (see screenshot)
At the bottom select the Grades worksheet
Here, you can add students and assignments with weights. Grades and graphs are updated automatically.

Recording Lessons

"Loom" is a service that lets you easily record and share videos as a URL link. You can use this to communicate to your students, or have students send videos to you. Loom makes it easy to sending videos. CCA teachers and students qualify for their free education plan:

Go to https://www.loom.com/signup
Click Sign up with Google
Choose your whitesborocca.org account (it's a Google account)
Go to https://www.loom.com/education and click "Verify Education Account"
Fill out the verification form. They'll ask for the website of the school; use "https://www.whitesborocca.org" (without quotes)
It may take a few days to get your account upgraded - you should eventually receive an email
